A PERSONAL WELCOME FROM SUNDANCE TRAIL RANCH

You're in.
Welcome to the Posse.

Here's a bit more about who you'll be hearing from.

Monty and I

weren't looking.

At least, we didn't think we were.

I'm a business consultant, so at the end of last year we did what I'd tell any client to do: we set a clear goal. Buy a solid business in Colorado in 2026. We built our criteria, set up the alerts and started looking.

Then one listing stopped Monty in his tracks. Sundance Trail Ranch.

Sundance is a name that means something in his family. His grandmother's place is in Sundance, Wyoming, and his parents have it now. Ranching runs in his family, too. He sat on the listing for a while before he said a word. Then one day: "Maybe we should look at this one. It kind of suits us."

It suited us more than either of us knew.

For more than ten years I've carried a dream: to build five places where I can help people unlock what they're truly capable of. Spaces that get people out of the noise and back to themselves.

We drove up in the dead of January. I told myself the whole way not to get my hopes up. Then we rolled in, and I just knew. If I loved it in the bleakest part of winter, it could only get better from here.

Because what better place to do that work? Out in nature, on the back of a horse, with the phone out of reach and nothing pulling at you but the people you came with. Disconnect from the digital world, and reconnect to what really matters.

Forty days after our offer, we had the keys. Sundance is the first of my five.

Monty brings 25 years running finance and operations in the ski industry, so the ranch is in steady hands. I bring the people part. Together, our plan is simple: keep the heart of this place and make the good stuff even better.

Turns out the business we went hunting for was the thing I'd never stopped dreaming about.
